Strength & Conditioning · Oklahoma City, OK
Strength and conditioning for youth, high school, and college athletes across every sport, built on consistency, fundamentals, and next-level intent of effort.
About
I'm the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Yukon High School and an Adjunct Professor / Strength & Conditioning Coach for the golf program at Redlands Community College. I've spent eight years as a public school teacher and seven as a strength and conditioning professional, working with athletes from kindergarten PE classes up through college programs.
I am a service-minded, consistent, and adaptable coach who brings a willingness to learn and collaborate to every program I touch, along with the communication and problem-solving skills that come from a career spent in front of both classrooms and weight rooms.
At Redlands, I also teach Orientation to Exercise Science, Introduction to Physical Education, Coaching Athletics, and Lifetime Fitness Management, teaching the next generation of coaches the same principles I coach.
Philosophy
"What sets my approach apart is training that complements sport, practice, and skill work rather than competing with it. It's established through consistency, commitment to the fundamentals, and next-level intent of effort."
Landon HarperQuality of movement and technical proficiency come first, enforced in every session, not treated as optional.
Multi-joint lifts deliver the greatest transfer to sport, the most efficient use of an athlete's training time.
The most direct way to build real speed and power, trained with intent, not just volume.
Managing the stressors an athlete experiences in order to reduce likelihood of injury, promote adaptation, and improve performance.
Bridging the gap between an athlete's genetic ceiling and their true athletic potential.
Performance Testing
Industry-leading technology measures speed, power, and strength, so every athlete knows exactly where they stand and how to get better.
